Located just a 5-10 minute walk from the station's West Exit; you won't feel tired even with luggage. Room types are mainly Triple and Quad rooms, offering a large and spacious living experience, making it especially suitable for families, small groups, or multiple friends traveling together. With convenient transportation, you don't need to carry luggage far, and upon returning, you can easily spread out your ski gear and rest well. ☞ Best suited for first-time travelers to Yuzawa, family trips, or large groups requiring extra space.

Located at the foot of the Iwayara Ski Resort, right next to FamilyMart, in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The room types are mainly Double rooms, cozy and intimate, offering a greater sense of privacy. While a bit further from the station, this allows for a true "Snow Country Slow Life" atmosphere. High CP value, focused on double rooms. ☞ Best suited for couples, friends, budget-conscious travelers, or returning friends who are familiar with Yuzawa.
