Snowshoe Selection Guide
For snowshoe rental, please measure your actual foot length as shown in the diagram and use your "actual foot length (cm)" as the basis for selecting your snowshoe size.
Please stand with both feet flat on the ground during measurement to ensure the accuracy of the data.
After measuring your foot length, simply select the corresponding actual foot length size as your reservation size.
Snowshoe size is based primarily on actual foot length; there is no need to deliberately increase or decrease it, so please fill it out with confidence.
When actually wearing them, adjustments will be made according to the individual's foot shape.
This includes, but is not limited to: foot width, bunions, instep height (foot thickness), and differences in the size of the left and right feet. These are all common occurrences, so please don't worry.
On-site staff will assist you in adjusting the size and wearing method of your snow boots to be the most suitable, comfortable and safe, based on your wearing experience and activity needs.
Please note that snowshoe size and comfort need to be confirmed after actual try-on; size selection is for reference only.
The final snowshoe size will be determined based on the results of on-site fitting and adjustments to ensure safety, warmth, and stability during the event.
- Simply choose according to your actual foot length, and the rest will be adjusted on-site.
- Foot shape issues are very common and can be addressed on-site, so please rest assured.
Adult Size Selection Guide

When choosing the size for your snowsuit rental, please refer to the size chart shown on the right.
The data listed in the size chart are standard recommended values, mainly used to assist customers in selecting sizes during the appointment stage.
However, due to differences in individual body proportions, wearing habits, the thickness of inner thermal clothing, and measurement methods, the actual wearing size may differ slightly from the size chart data, which is within the normal range and does not indicate a size error.
On the day of rental, the final decision will be based on the results of the on-site fitting. On-site staff will assist in making appropriate size adjustments according to the needs of the activity, comfort, and safety considerations to ensure ease of movement, warmth, and safety during the activity.
Size availability for snowsuits and pants will depend on actual stock on-site. During peak seasons or when there are many customers, adjustments may be necessary within similar size ranges. Your understanding is appreciated. For special body shapes or size requirements, on-site staff will assist with adjustments to the best of their ability; however, the actual availability on-site will prevail, and we cannot guarantee a perfect fit for individual preferences.

Children's Size Selection Guide

For children's snowsuit rental sizes, please refer to the size chart shown on the right as a preliminary selection guide. Children grow rapidly, and their height and body shape may change in a short period. The sizes provided are for reference only; parents should not worry excessively.
Children grow quickly, so we can confirm the size together on-site. On the rental day, on-site staff will assist your child with trying on the clothes and make appropriate adjustments based on their actual body shape, activity needs, and comfort, ensuring safety and freedom during activities.
Don't be too nervous about choosing beforehand; adjustments will be made on-site. The final size will be based on the on-site fitting results, ensuring children can participate in the activity with peace of mind, and parents can have peace of mind as well.

- Late return: 300 NTD per person per hour will be charged. Returning after 7:00 PM will be considered as extending the rental period for another day.
- If not returned within 5 days, it will be considered lost and a compensation fee will be charged according to the standard.
- If equipment is lost or damaged by human error, compensation will be charged at 10 times the daily rental fee per item.

[Rental Notice]
- Limited to guests of S House or students of the Snow Shadow course for rental.
- Spots are limited, so it is recommended to book at least one month in advance.
- Equipment can be collected in advance from 16:00–18:30 the day before.
- The latest return time is 18:00; late returns will incur additional fees.
[Reservation and Payment]
- Fill out the rental form online (name/height/weight/shoe size/equipment requirements).
- You will receive an email or LINE confirmation within 24 hours of submission.
- Pay a 50% deposit to complete the reservation; the remaining balance is due upon pickup of the equipment.
- If you have not received confirmation, please contact customer service.

Thank you for choosing our company to rent ski equipment. To ensure your rights and safety, please read the following terms carefully. Completing the rental constitutes your agreement to all terms.
1. Scope and Restrictions of Leasing
- Place of Use: Rental equipment may only be used within officially authorized ski resorts. It is strictly prohibited to remove the equipment from the ski resort without permission, or to use it for non-skiing activities or any other improper purposes.
- Continuous Use: For multi-day rentals, the equipment must be used on consecutive days. Split-day use or interruptions during the rental period are not accepted.
- Return period and compensation:
- All rental equipment must be returned before the end of business hours on the final rental day.
- Late returns will incur a compensation fee of one day’s rental rate per unreturned item, charged daily.
- If the return is overdue by more than 7 days, the item will be considered lost, and the renter must pay the full replacement cost of the equipment.
2. Equipment Inspection and Maintenance
- Pre-rental Inspection: All rental equipment (including skis, snowboards, bindings, snow boots, helmets, and protective gear) is thoroughly inspected by our company prior to rental.
- Pre-use Check: Before use, the renter must personally recheck that all screws on the snowboard connectors, bindings, and related components are securely fastened. If there are any concerns, please immediately inform on-site staff for adjustment.
- Prohibition of Disassembly/Modification: The renter must not disassemble or modify any parts or structures of the rental equipment.
3. Rental Costs and Force Majeure
- Non-quality issues:Unless the issue is due to a quality problem with the ski equipment itself, our company will not accept requests for exchange, refund, or early termination of rental for any other reason (e.g., unsuitability, change of mind, etc.).
- Force Majeure / Personal Factors: In cases of force majeure such as severe weather or ski lift suspensions, or due to the renter’s personal health conditions (including injury, illness, or sudden physical discomfort) that prevent the use of equipment or participation in activities, these circumstances are not attributable to our company. All rental fees and related charges already paid are non-refundable, and no requests for postponement or compensation will be accepted.
4. Safety Statement and Risk Liability Attribution
- Risk Notice: Skiing is a high-risk activity. All rental equipment (including helmets and protective gear) can only reduce the risk of injury and cannot fully guarantee the user’s absolute safety during skiing.
- Liability: The renter agrees to assume all risks associated with participating in skiing activities. Regarding the selection, installation, use, maintenance, and adjustment of rental equipment, if improper use results in personal injury or property damage to the renter or any third party, such liability shall be borne solely by the renter. The company and instructors shall bear no responsibility whatsoever.
- Disclaimer: The renter acknowledges and agrees to assume the inherent risks of skiing. The company shall not be liable for any personal injury or property damage arising from the use of rental equipment.
