Important Notes
- ⚠️ Only applicable for travelers aged 12 to 65.
- Weekends (Friday & Saturday): Additional 1,000 TWD per person per day.

Cancellation Policy for Special and Early Bird Packages
I. Scope of Applicatio
- These rules apply only to accommodations, ski lessons, and gear rentals booked under the "Early Bird Special" and "Ski Package" plans.
- As Early Bird and Package plans already include discounted rates, the refund and cancellation conditions differ from standard plans and are more restrictive.
II. Cancellation and Refund Policy
※ Refund Calculation Method
- Cancellation 61 days (inclusive) or more prior to check-in/departure: 90% of the total payment will be refunded. (The remaining 10% covers administrative fees and discount differential compensation.)
- Cancellation 31–60 days prior to check-in/departure: 50% of the total payment will be refunded. (The remaining 50% covers administrative fees and discount differential compensation.)
- Cancellation within 30 days (inclusive) prior to check-in/departure: No refunds will be provided.
⚠️ Rescheduling is treated as a cancellation of the original booking and a new reservation. Refunds will be processed according to the rules stated above.
III. Special Circumstances
- Force Majeure (e.g., ski resort closure, major natural disasters, government-mandated travel restrictions): You may choose to postpone usage for up to one year, or receive a refund of 90% of the total amount paid.
- Personal Factors (e.g., passport/visa issues, flight changes, illness, or unexpected personal situations): Handled according to the standard cancellation and refund rules.
IV. Supplementary Terms
- Early bird and package deals cannot be combined with other offers.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, with processing time depending on the financial institution's procedures.
- If an order change results in a price difference, it must be paid when reordering.
- By registering or placing an order, customers are deemed to have read and agreed to this refund and cancellation policy.

Accommodation Stay at s house | Station Building 1: Approx. 5–7 mins walk from Echigo-Yuzawa Station, or Iwahara Building 2: 1-min walk to a convenience store

- The guesthouse is located in the center of the ski resort, with convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance.
Ski & Snowboard Lessons
- Main Teaching Resorts: Iwahara, Kandatsu, Yuzawa Park
- Full-day lessons are 6 hours (including a 1-hour lunch break); half-day lessons are 3 hours.
- Taught by professional Chinese/bilingual coaches
- For students aged 8 and under or seniors aged 58 and above, we recommend arranging one-on-one instruction.
Ski equipment rental at the venue
- Uses well-known brand ski equipment (snowboards, snow boots, snowsuits, safety pants, goggles, gloves).
- Pre-order your size to skip the lines on-site. (In-house rental available, so no queuing required.)
Excluded expenses (to be paid separately)
- Airfare and transportation (airport transfers can be arranged as an add-on if needed)
- Lift Pass: Approx. 4,000–7,000 JPY per day
- Lunch and dinner (you can choose any nearby restaurants).
- Personal insurance (travel insurance/ski-specific insurance is recommended)
- Personal consumption (such as convenience stores, souvenirs)

Supplementary FAQ
- The lesson fee does not include insurance. We strongly recommend purchasing your own travel insurance or specific activity accident insurance.

- The accommodation has common areas, and the kitchen is available except during peak hours.
